Time matters. The longer roasted coffee sits, the more aroma and flavor it leaves behind. Fewer stops means less time losing both before it gets to you.

Small batch

Made to move, not sit. Smaller runs help us keep coffee moving, not sitting around aging.

Specialty grade

Freshness can't save bad ingredients. We start with specialty-grade coffee and give it to you fresh.

Freshly roasted

Always freshly roasted so you receive it with peak flavor, aroma and character.

Better coffee, while it is still fresh.
What happens to coffee that sits

Roasting creates the aroma and flavor that make fresh coffee smell incredible the moment you open the bag.

But those qualities do not last forever.

After roasting, coffee gradually releases carbon dioxide and loses aromatic compounds. Over time, a coffee that once tasted vivid and full can become flatter and less expressive.

That is why freshness matters.

But freshness alone is not enough.

Start with specialty-grade coffee. Roast it in small batches. Keep it fresh.

That is the Danjo’s standard.

And you should be able to taste why it matters from the first cup.

How good is it

Quality you can taste. It starts before the roast.

Coffee gets scored before anyone roasts it. The industry line for specialty is 80 out of 100. Every Danjo's Reserve is above it.

What they are actually scoring

Coffee is graded before anyone roasts it. Trained tasters score it on a 100 point scale, and the standard for specialty grade is 80 and above. Below that is commodity coffee, which is what fills most cans, most pods, and most of the grocery aisle.

Our purpose

A moment to remember who you are in Christ

Most mornings do not begin slowly. Emails are waiting. Responsibilities are already moving. People need you. And before long, the day can start shaping how you think, respond, speak, and carry yourself.

That is why the first moment matters. When you do not start grounded in Christ, you start from pressure. Patience gets thinner. Words come out sharper. Decisions become less steady. Love grows cold.

Danjo's exists to help protect that first moment. Christ is the anchor. Coffee protects the moment.

Brew

Remember

Carry it into the day, before pressure from the world shapes you.

Questions worth asking

Is the coffee actually good?Specialty grade, 80 and above

Every Danjo's Reserve is specialty grade, which means it scored 80 or above on the industry 100 point scale before we ever bought it. On top of that, your first bag is covered. Love your first cup or your next bag is on us.

What is specialty grade coffee? The top tier of graded coffee

Coffee gets graded before anyone roasts it. Trained, certified tasters score it on a 100 point scale, and the industry line for specialty grade is 80 and above. Below that is commodity coffee, which is what fills most cans, most pods, and most of the grocery aisle. The green beans get physically inspected too, with zero primary defects allowed in a 350 gram sample.

Am I buying coffee or am I buying a message?Specialty Coffee

You are buying specialty grade coffee. Danjo's is a coffee company with faith at its foundation. The coffee has to earn its keep or else everything falls apart.

Do I have to be a Christian for this to be for me?No

Anyone can buy a bag and enjoy it. We are open about what we believe and why we built this. We will not push it on you, and if we ever offer something like a Bible study, it will be an invitation you are free to take or leave.

Is this snob coffee? I drink mine with cream and sugar.Have it your way

Specialty grade tells you about the quality of the coffee. It makes everything better.

Black. Cream. Sugar. Latte. Make the cup you like. The Colombian Reserve and the Italian Style Reserve are both great places to start if you like yours with milk.

Will it work with my Keurig, drip, French press, or espresso machine?Yes

Choose whole bean or ground before you add to cart. Ground is a medium grind that works in drip, pour over, and most reusable pods. Whole bean gives you the most control if you have a grinder.

Can I cancel the subscription?Anytime

Yes, anytime, from your account. No calls, no retention gauntlet.
