Purchase Option Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription or pre-order. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Because Danjo’s sells coffee, a fresh and perishable product, orders cannot be returned once they have shipped. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for more details.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select at checkout.

Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each scheduled delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their duration. If you do not want your subscription to renew, you may cancel it before the next order is processed.

You may update, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time before your next subscription order is processed. Your order confirmation emails include links to manage your order or subscription.

Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel or refund that shipment.

If your first subscription order includes multiple bags, the First Bag Guarantee applies to one 12 oz bag only.

After the First Bag Guarantee has been used, we do not offer refunds for taste preference.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is out of stock or not yet available for fulfillment.

Depending on the product, we may collect payment at checkout, collect a partial deposit, or store your payment method and charge the full or remaining amount at a future date.

You may cancel a pre-order before it has been processed or shipped.

Once a pre-order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel that order.

Because coffee is a fresh, perishable product, pre-order coffee cannot be returned once it has shipped, whether opened or unopened.

If your pre-order arrives damaged, if you received the wrong item, or if something is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Try Before You Buy

Danjo’s does not currently offer try before you buy purchases.

Because coffee is a fresh, perishable product, we do not allow customers to receive coffee, try it, and return it.

If Danjo’s offers a try before you buy option in the future, the terms will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
