Shipping Policy

We want your Danjo’s order to arrive fresh, secure, and ready for your daily rhythm.

Because each Danjo’s order is prepared after purchase, our coffee is not sitting on a shelf waiting to ship. Labels are printed on demand, and coffee is batched and roasted during the fulfillment process. This helps your coffee arrive fresh, but it also means the process takes time.

Order Processing

Orders generally ship within 2 to 5 business days after the order is processed.

Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time.

Once your order has been processed, packed, and shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

If your tracking shows “pre-shipment,” this usually means a shipping label has been created, but the carrier has not yet picked up or scanned the package.

Shipping Times

After your order ships, delivery generally takes 1 to 5 business days, depending on the carrier, destination, and delivery conditions.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.

We are not able to refund orders because of carrier delays, weather delays, holidays, high shipping volume, or other shipping issues outside of our control.

Carriers

Orders may ship through USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another available carrier, depending on what is best for the order.

The carrier and shipping method may vary based on package size, destination, and fulfillment needs.

Expedited Shipping

Danjo’s does not currently offer expedited shipping.

Because each order is prepared after purchase, faster shipping does not always mean faster delivery. Total delivery time depends on both order processing time and carrier transit time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless a free shipping offer applies.

If your order qualifies for free shipping, the free shipping option will appear at checkout.

Free Shipping

Danjo’s may offer free shipping on qualifying orders.

Free shipping applies only when the order subtotal meets the stated threshold before taxes, discounts, and any applicable fees, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.

If you notice an address issue after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order is being processed.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows your order was delivered but you did not receive it, contact the shipping carrier first.

You may also contact us, and we will review the situation, but we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement when tracking confirms delivery.

Weather Exposure After Delivery

Please bring your order inside as soon as possible after delivery.

We are not responsible for damage caused by heat, rain, humidity, freezing temperatures, theft, or other conditions after the package has been delivered.

Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, if you received the wrong item, or if something is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number and a photo of the item, packaging, or shipping label so we can review the issue quickly.

If the coffee bag itself is damaged, opened, or compromised during delivery, we will make it right with a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Shipping Fees

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the issue was caused by our error or the order arrived damaged.

Because Danjo’s does not currently offer expedited shipping, expedited shipping fees do not apply.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders are prepared automatically based on the schedule selected at checkout.

Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel or refund that shipment.

You may update, pause, or cancel your subscription before the next order is processed.

International Shipping

Danjo’s may offer international shipping where available at checkout.

International shipping can be slow, expensive, and more difficult to track once the order leaves the United States.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

International orders are not guaranteed to be delivered and are not refundable once shipped.
