Return and Refund Policy

We want you to feel comfortable trying Danjo’s.

Because coffee is a fresh, perishable product, we do not accept returned coffee. For safety and quality reasons, coffee cannot be returned once it has shipped, whether opened or unopened.

First Bag Guarantee

If your first bag of Danjo’s is not what you hoped for, contact us and we’ll make it right.

Our First Bag Guarantee applies to one 12 oz bag from your first Danjo’s order. If your first order includes multiple bags, or if your first subscription order includes multiple bags, the guarantee applies to one bag only.

No return is needed.

After the First Bag Guarantee has been used, we do not offer refunds for taste preference.

Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, if you received the wrong item, or if something is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number and a photo of the item, packaging, or shipping label so we can review the issue quickly.

If the coffee bag itself is damaged, opened, or compromised during delivery, we will make it right with a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders are prepared automatically based on the schedule selected at checkout.

Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel or refund that shipment.

You may update, pause, or cancel your subscription before the next order is processed.

Shipping and Delivery Issues

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Once an order has shipped, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. We are not able to refund orders because of carrier delays, weather delays, holidays, or other shipping issues outside of our control.

If tracking shows your order was delivered but you did not receive it, contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us, and we will review the situation, but we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement when tracking confirms delivery.

Please bring your order inside as soon as possible after delivery. We are not responsible for damage caused by weather exposure after the package has been delivered.

Shipping Fees

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the issue was caused by our error or the order arrived damaged.

Expedited shipping fees are not refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Refunds for gift orders can only be issued to the original purchaser and original payment method.
